The Fostering Innovation in Teaching with Technology (FITT) Academy is an intensive hands-on project-specific faculty development opportunity sponsored by Resources for Information, Technology and Education (RITE). The Spring Symposium, a signature event of the academy, provides a forum for FITT Scholars to share their project outcomes. On Tuesday, April 4, Mrs. Kathleen O’Brien will share the outcomes of her project on using Blackboard Achievements to develop and design a digital credentialing system to recognize student competency of specific skills and Dr. Seth Oyer will present on his project on enhancing interactive experiences for students using online scavenger hunts.
